If all of your TV’s suddenly come up with the “no signal” message it is possible that the local transmitter is down. This happens more with the local translators rather than the main transmitter at Mt Sugarloaf.
If all the TV sets display the “no signal” message, then there is a signal issue.
If you choose to re-tune. You may tune in another transmitter and these pictures will possibly break up. (pixelating) You will have no idea when your particular transmitter is back online, as you’ve re-tuned to the wrong one in relation to where your antenna is facing.
Do not panic! Usually if it a known issue or scheduled maintenance we will post a notice on our socials pages, most likely Facebook. Alternatively check later in the day or that evening, and if signal has not returned by the next day, then you should ring the AAA AERIALS & SECURITY to fault find your TV antenna system for possible damage.
